    im not happy at all with the new mix (you're your own worst critic they say, but when even your good friends cringe...it's a sign) so i'm working on a replacement mix so i can submit it to Cloud 9 promotion company's contest. winner gets a residency spot on their roster so if you happen to know anyone from that crew or attend their parties, please dont hesitate to spread the word about me. im not sure if i'll be making the cloud9 mix an official release because there's a lot of forthcoming tracks on it that i'm kind of not suppose to have so some artists may get pissed at me for using them in a mix. i may end up just posting it without a tracklist though, but i'll shoot you a copy either way.

    i'm local to chicago (well, an hour south, go suburbs!) and like i said...i'm working on getting booked. sometimes it's more about whose hand you shake more than your ability to wreck a dancefloor, know what i mean?

    anywho, if you like the music, the best way to see me get booked it to spread the word. let your friends, strangers, other dj's and promoters you meet out and about know about me. i try to stay away from single-genre dj'ing so even if someone doesnt like one of the ones i do play, i got more tricks up my sleeve to appease.

    pardon my poor response to a compliment but are you sure i'm the same person you're referring to? i've put up a few mixes but there's also an IDM producer named bitcrush (part of the Dryft project).

    anyways, maybe i'm just being too modest. as the latest mix shows, i spin dubstep, glitch-hop, dnb, and sometimes i throw in house, 2step, midtempo, rock, throwback hiphop, etc (none of which the other bitcrush makes, so in that respect, we're not very similar). i've been dj'ing for about 4 months now and i'm still working my way through the ranks to get up to the party-playing level. i'm not what you'd call a social butterfuly but i have good friends that are and we're trying to put our heads together and get me booked to play.
