Naa, not me. I see sleep as a waste of time (when alone,) and im not trying to praise insomnia or anything .. its just convinient to my beliefs. Usually i do the little-sleep thing for 2-3 weeks before i utterly crash for one day. It's the norm for me. Not enough hours in a day.
yea but sometimes i need to sleep a certain time no matter what to be able to be awake and alert for school for example. need a normal sleep cycle
Remembering things is so tedious. I like the relaxy and not carey approach to things. If something is that important, it'll make itself known to you. Sleep for example .. when you absolutely need sleep, your body will put you to sleep. See? Easy.
thats my usual stance but i think its about time to have a normal sleep schedule ima try 5-htp and melatonin combo. now i jus have to remember to take it lol
