I am from Michigan but am going to Chicago for the weekened of friday the 29th through the 31st. My friend and I are only 20 and we are looking for cool clubs in the arrea that are 18 and up or other clubs that are leanient about letting minors in, I have a fake but my friend doesn't. If you or anyone else could let me know where the place to be is in Chicago that would be awsome.

There are no 18 and up clubs in Chicago. Maybe the suburbs but unfortunately Chicago itself doesn't get down like that. However, there is a bangin ass party on Friday the 29th called Drum Ritual. Check the first page of this thread for the flyer. Hope to see you there as it will be an extremely dope show. Three rooms of Jungle, Hardcore, and Acid!

Yeah i know the chicago scean has died down, but a new production company is trying to bring it back with the most kick ass Dj's from all over. Now most raves are 18 and up in chicago because of damn curfew(sorry cant spell) laws. Now Liquid Kandi is trying to bring the music to everyone no matter what the age. See me im 16 and i can feel your pain. Because i havent been able to fully fall into the rave seen yet but i am trying. if you want to go to a good rave there is one in Millwalkie (yeah i really cant spell) Wisconsin on Sept. 3rd. I am in the Chicago area too, and if you want to go let me know, i have room in my car so email me at [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and maybe we can work something out. i am pretty sure it is all ages, but i will check to make sure. so email me at that adress and Liquid Kandi will show you a good time just like your old home town. The Scene in chicago got lost far back in the 90's.. BUT, recently it re-emerged, and so far it's only been going stronger. My company has been trying to bring the stmosphere back into the game like it used to be, and so far it's been improving. The problem nowadays, is that everyone wants more money, and as DJ's become bigger, typically they become more big-headed, and some turn into assholes and make spinning their life, in the end asking for a ton-load of money. Money is what makes these parties go down in style, and money, is scarce unless you have a well paying job and are willing to put down a good amount of cash for a prime line-up. Mero Productions and Source have been trying to do that. And so far with recent events being a success, we are only trying to bring it back and improve it. This is to all of you who believe die-hard that the scene died and cannot be revived. I am here to give you hope; trust me, we're working on it. But other than that, why not come to kickback? Kickback is an event I'm running with Infared productions and Liquid Kandi, as a test.. To those of you here on RL, I know you love Hardcore and you love Jungle. This event, is to bring all that is Hardcore and all that is Jungle AND giving a taste of that bumpin' house which lots of us love. This is a test, to see, if we can literally alter the scene here in Chicago, for in other states it's strong, but not here. We are teaming up on this event taking a risk, and not a cheap one, to let you have a better time, a different time. This show is to be like the oldschool scene. Please, for $10, and 28 DJ's W/ a BAR for those who are of age to drink, this is nothing but a steal. This is an event not to be missed, with my atmosphere of lasers and lights, coordination of an open deck room for new talent to be heard, and headliners we've all heard of, you should show up. I expect to see every one of you, support your Chicago scene, if this is a success, we will throw a Kickback 3.0, only twice as large. Full throttle, hardcore, rave on, be safe.
