i'll be down there all month working... hopefully i'll get a crew call for ULTRA. also i just heard from my boys that do sound there every year, that they are having some issues with the city of MIAMI and it's kinda up in the air right now. there was supposed to be a rock show in the same park ULTRA is at, and it was cancelled... they are thinking ultra might get the axe as well.

it's not like there isn't a shit load of other events going on ALL WEEK LONG... people forget that WMC is a week long event and ULTRA is just the closing party. but if i was only coming down for ULTRA, then i wouldn't want to waste my money yet unless i knew for sure it was going down... just figured i'd pass along a little info that i got.

I know I definately cant afford airfare and a hotel in miami for a whole week but me and about 10 friends were planning on meeting up at UMF. Im talkin about people spread all over the country though(i.e. my friend paul is flying from alaska...not kidding) So thanks for the info Oddball, and if you hear anything else, please let me know.

i wouldn't want anyone spending all that money on tickets/reservations that might not be refunded. like i said... this is all new news to me and will keep you posted with any info i hear.
