I write this stuff, and thought I would share it...
Raves...Underground DJ’s spin hybrid beats in dark virgin venues till the break of dawn. The experiences of the individual are many, but true rave experience that changes someone forever is one. That experience is trance... There is a place you can get to on the dance floor, beyond the normal waking state of consciousness. Those that have been there know the way. Once you are there, you are locked in... A part of you that is not expressed during work or school, or with your parents and friends, is an experience of inner joy that happens while dancing. The beats of the DJ, similar to the native drums, lock you in with the inner groove. Which is very much the inner groove of nature. This type of meditational dancing is available at raves, and will continue to be an outlet for humans to express themselves so. This is my own personal experience of trance... I was dancing in some figure 8 pattern at like 6:00am, when all of my surroundings turned into slow motion. As I looked at the people around me, dancing, sitting in circles giving each other back-rubs, and smoking pot, everyone looked like aliens. Humanoid, but not from earth. The room seemed as if it were a box in vast sky. A sky of boxes - inside each were endless experiences. I then began to realize that individuals consciously live like this in other dimensions. On another plane this energy is going on, and was now reflecting as a rave in the human reality. The whole time I was thinking this - I was still dancing feeling as if I was in slow motion; like time was altered. The life lesson I learned from this, was that when a group of beings form together, they create an vortex of energy. That energy is connected with other realities. And the same is true that other realities are connected with our own, and do manifest on the planet in certain forms... Sometimes at raves... Peace... |

You must've been tripping when you came up with these theories. Nevertheless, interesting concepts.

I enjoyed reading that. I've been putting thought into the same exact thing a few weeks ago actually. Cool though

It's really great to hear about your experience
I've had similar experiences when at parties... even while sober. That's why I keep going back. Even though I'm an atheist psychology grad student, I consider the experience to be very spiritual. At the same time, here is a psychological deconstruction of some of the processes involved: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] There's also a lot research about the neuropsychology of transcendent experiences: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] |
