that's where you are WRONG. I told you multiple times this was DIY. Go back and check your emails.

I think they should clear the 'main' stage during the peak hour of the first night and DLM and Enthrax can fight. Fists and kicks okay, no ball shots though. I'd put my $$$ on Fonz, he's intense

Then, your threats on the event and "a slander campaign that devastate you whole event on a national level" (your words)

Not to mention the $300 you asked me to pay you as BLACKMAIL so you wouldn't "slander the event". You even set a deadline for the payment!!!

HAVE AT IT.... btw, thanks for keeping our thread at the top

Print out your paypal reciept, bring it to the gate with photo ID for quick and hasslefree entry. That is your ticket. If you have any questions please contact us on myspace or [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].

Can't we all just get along. . . this by far perpetuates my irritation of the scene in Chicago. These days I even wonder why I moved back from Cali to here. That is all I am going to say about this. So much drama. I mean... there was drama back in the day too, but this crap. . . not only turns me off to going to anything at all anymore. The current state of the scene is comatose on life support... awaiting the day when the focus is music not numbers. not arguments about genre's... but actually output and progression of quality events which inspire quality music to be heard and visualized. What happened to experiencing music.

And yes. I agree... DnB/Jungle has gotten the shaft over the years which I have seen first hand coming into the scene as a junglist. But alot of other genres are going through their hardships as well.

To everyone who is contributing to the scene and making it the most they can, I applaud you and you have my support. I give respect to all those who take those calculated risks to bring scene back. But to those who focus only on the numbers and that is all they see... along with those who also do not give respect to the scene as it should... well I am just left speechless and appalled. To clarify as well, I am not saying I side with anyone... I see everyones valid comments from each side. But in the long run... all this negativity is just a big turn off in general and leaves someone not wanting to go deal with all this BS. I'm not saying there was not drama back in the day, but someone how we all still got passed it as a community and celebrate the music we love week after week after week...

peace,

The difference is "back then" the drama wasn't aired on internet message boards and the only people that knew were the people that needed to know.
