On Saturday, March 11th, 2006, Spankin Muzik welcomes a very special guest to Chicago: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. A native of Seattle, HeavyGrinder currently resides in Los Angeles where she is a part time student, model and full time DJ.

Now a mere 22 years old, HeavyGrinder is capturing the attention of audiences worldwide. In the Los Angeles club scene alone, she has played at such notable venues as: Key Club, Highlands, Century Club, Avalon, Sunset Room and White Lotus.

Being versatile in musical styles, this artist has opened many doors for herself and represents the best in female DJs worldwide.

Spankin Muzik is a Chicago based independent record label that specializes in the hottest underground dance music! It joins the forces of two talented DJs and producers: DJ Reverse and Robert Rhythm.

Spankin Muzik spawned from the reality that historically Chicago has been home to some of the best talented DJ's and producers in the world. The only glaring question was why would most of them that got their start here in Chicago move on to other cities across the world and become more successful?

We at Spankin Muzik intend to revive and bring back the dominance Chicago once had in the industry by creating an atmosphere that is fun, energetic and exciting! We play high energy dance music with genres spanning clubhouse, hip-hop, hard house, drum n bass, and techno! We are currently building a network here in Chicago and are looking for good people wanting to have good times. Music is our driving force and passion!
