new to raving

I am new to raving i love glowsticking and dancing. I live in the sothside berbs, i was wondering if there was ne 1 around me that would be intrested in take me with them to raves? since i havnt been to one >.< if not it would be cool just to meet people.

It's great to see new people here on the boards, welcome =) Your best bet is to think of a good friend and bring them along. If that isn't a doable plan, show up just with your self there's plenty of people you can talk to and meet. If you want, show up to Looptopia tomorrow and check out the thread here. Not only is it free, but it's gonna be super-vibelicious all in the city with two after-parties happening.

sup dude, ive been raving for about 5 months now so i guess im still pretty new compared to the oldskooler's here. but lemme tell u, the best thing u can probably do is bring a friend or two with you or maybe even a girl (but u'll have to hold on to her like a fat kid holds on to his pork rinds) anyway, have a blast and hope too see you at some events.

Guidelines to the Electronic Music Scene:

- Don't get involved w/ the drugs. If you MUST do them, don't make them a top priority and DON'T get heavily involved in them.
- Follow guideline #1
- Follow guidelines 1 and 2.
- Don't listen to other's opinions about various styles of Electronic Music. Listen to them all with an open-mind and form your own opinions.
- Don't call it all "Techno." Techno is Techno.
- Whatever styles of EDM you don't end up liking, don't hate on them. There are others who do like that stuff. Show some respect.
- Fuck what any jaded person has to say. Wear what you want to wear. Dance how you want to dance. Don't change who you are because a group of burned out morons think you look silly. (Yes you will get that depending on where you go. Yes it's sad.)

Itachi tell you what, Night Club is coming up, me and my friends are going to be hanging out with one of our friends close to Chi. If you want i think we can come get you and bring you along with us. We are always looking for people to go with and another person will make it alot better. Or you could always do what the others have said and get some friends to come with you and we can always meet up at the Rave.
