Light rings?

I'v noticed a couple of people have had these sets of light up rings lately, they look fuckin sweet and iv been looking for my own set everywhere with no success. Anyone know where i can find some?

iv seen them here in rockford at walmart by the registers and there's an asian resturaunt on state that has em in a quarter machine..
