Good Jungle Artists?

I've been getting into some drum & bass sounds lately and was wondering if someone could explain the difference between drum & bass and jungle. The two seem to be used interchangeably but I was wondering if someone well versed in the genres could explain if there IS a difference.

Also, could you list some good/classic jungle artists that I could check out?

Cool thanks. Is Black Sun considered Drum & Bass or Jungle though? Their what I've been listening to lately and got me hooked.

Thanks for clearing that up. I just checked out those samples you posted on the Drum & Bass forum and they were pretty helpful.

What artists could you recommend that are STRICTLY Jungle?

I would agree with those who compared the Jungle sound to the Oldskool Hardcore sound (something that I am more familiar with)...they are relatively similar I thought after listening to those samples.
