Don't go to Zentra

FUCK ZENTRA. Goddamn bullshit they pulled on me... Kicked me out for waiting around by the door for a friend. BULLSHIT! I do not understand what they think they're accomplishing by kicking paying patrons out of their place at random, but I will not stand for that shit. I swear to god, if anyone else has had that shit pulled on em, post it for me.

Here's a detailed account of what happened to me last friday...

I get to the club with two friends, Jason and Beth. Admission is 15 bucks a pop. We have a few drinks and wander around the club. I begin dancing on the second floor where there was actually some decent house playing. I dance on and off for about 3 hours, (without having a drink since the one I got when we came in) and realize that Beth and I had lost Jason. So we look around while I am completely exhausted from all the dancing. I'm actually thinking of leaving right then if possible. We go down the stairs and I hang out at the bottom while Beth looks around the first floor for Jason. I'm resting against the stair unit, slouching over, just fatigued, and the bouncer comes up to me and says I can't lean on the stairs... So I just stand there, waiting for Beth, stretching a little and trying to catch my breath. I may have been bent over with my hands on my knees for a minute, but I catch my breath and figure I'll stick around for another two hours untill it closed.
3 or 4 minutes pass and she's still not back...so I go over to the other end of the coat-check table to grab some of your flyers. I have not even looked at anyone, or said anything, when your big black bouncer says, "Alright it's time to go."
I ask him politely, "Oh, you're closing the place down?"
He just grabs me around the waist pushing me towards the door, saying, "no."
I say, "What's going on? I'm just waiting for a friend!"
He looks at me and says, "You've got to wait outside then."
I stop him and say, "Okay, but will I be able to get back in?" He shakes his head no and continues pushing me out.
Just then Beth comes up and tells me, "He was out in the car, but he's coming back now. What's going on?"
"He's kicking me out."
"Why?"
The bouncer says "You were falling over, I saw you."
"I was just resting after dancing for hours! Besides, you can't just kick me out like this. I paid to get in here!"
Etc...
This banter continues for another thirty seconds or so, until he and the doorman successfully throw me out of the nightclub without giving me any reason.

So please please please, everyone stop giving Zentra business. Bullshit like this can't be tolerated. I paid so much money to get in there and they treat me like shit for no reason. You could be next.

i havent been to zentra in years. i went there to here lego many years ago and had a pretty good time (maybe cuz i was drunk). i dont hit up those clubs too much. once in a while smart bar because i love justin long and colette. im usually at bars with terrible music and great looking fake women.

there is nothing wrong with zentra..everytime i go there..im treated with respect. they may throw some people out but those are the people that are way over their limit. if the bouncer told you not to stand there maybe u should of just listen to him and move to a different spot. its simple.
