i had a ridiculously good time seeing all my friends and partying to some bangin jams all saturday. sunday was pretty damn awesome as well. didnt get home until monday afternoon

like i said i was just frustated that i didnt make it out. have had alot of shit goint onl. LAst pary I made it to was Bounce. When i have a full time job with the money romlling in a almost alwys make at least a rave a week and I do Know alot of ravers.
just like your company and the partes you guys throw and was counting on the text to pop up and just take a break in my obligations to go unwind at a fun party for a while. I do know lot of other ravers wo probally did atend and probally will attend future events so evertything should be cool whne I am not just trying to get my shit together and go last minute like last time

sorry if I was taking out frustation from other areas of my life out on a little thing like not getting a text.

My main AND ONLY gripe is if your not going to send someone the text dont tell them you are. THATS IT.

yea man this was more of a word-of-mouth party than a txt-list thing so sorry if there was a mixup with that. on the other hand it really wasnt that hard to find out where the party was.

as i stated b4 the party started i was really glad for the way the address/no-infoline part was handled. because of it everyone who was at that party was cool as shit, and was there to party there asses off. not to mention the shit went wayyy past sunrise. more undergrounds should be done like this.

next party works out beeter for me and everyone involved. i was just upset that i missed out on a good paty by a great company. you guys are one of the few with fair entry costs as well. Like I said HOPE tp be at the next event andill ngring a good group

Well no, thats not entirely true tommy. I did send out the text to everyone I told was on the list via an internet sms forwarding service.

Then one of the people from the list sent me a message on myspace saying that they never got a text so i actually went and entered each number into my phone and texted them manually.

I double did it all. If you still didn't get a text either your phone was fucking up or i miss typed a number - and if i did... sorry bout that man

Oh yeah and stay tuned...

We - might - be doing a lollapollooza (sp?) after hours party on aug 2nd. - Not sure on the details but it wont be until WAY later like - 3 or 4am start time at a secure underground venue that is already locked by the crew organizing this.

We have been charged with the responsibility of booking the afters and promoting it so it will be sbsit style.

We haven't locked all the info down yet so stay tuned we'll post shit as it develops.

EVENT AFTERTHOUGHTS

So this party was pretty nutty yeah?

We had 3 different venues for this party over the course of the two months we promoted it and lost each one. The problem was the last one we lost was the day of and we couldn't find a last minute spot and so we decided to use our apartment.

Every DJ that played absolutely destroyed the dance floor. Everyone that played had great chemistry with each other and because of that their positive energy transferred throughout the whole party. You'll see that at a lot of our events. The fact that that happens is not a coincidence. The SBSIT family is like a tribe - and that's why the SBSIT vibe is so unique.

This event was monumental for us because we feel that a lot of our supporters and even some of our haters realized what we are really about - and that's rocking our faces off, being real, and progressing our community as "party people" towards a new era of parties and a new era of music-based-culture.

The event ran until 8am when CPD had to finally come in and kick everyone out. All we were left with was a handful of friends, and an apartment that was so tore up that we had to clean it twice and its still a little dirty! We still had a blast for the next 18 hours - we had our friends - so we had our good times.

In the end, a lot of amazing music was heard, a lot of friendships were strengthened, a lot of new friendships were created, and from what we can gather, most everyone had a pretty amazing time.

If there was one lesson that some could learn from this event its this: If the party is over crowded, to hot and to sweaty. So what? Embrace it. Party in spite of it. Because as soon as the crowd thins to people that are truly there to party no matter what the cost. That's when shit gets fun. No pain. No gain.

I would like to thank everyone for being more or less respectful of our dwelling. Although there were plenty of cigarettes put out on our nice floor, we understand that there is pretty much no way around that from happening in that type of environment. No permanent damage was done to our place or our belongigs. Nothing was stolen. It feels great to be able to say that.

To whom ever shut my hot water valve off. Fuck you buddy. I owe you one.
