A Thank You

I just wanted to take the time to thank everyone here on this forum. I've become a bit of a forum addict, and is helping me spark the fire in heart back up. I recently received a fresh shipment of vinyl from London and decided to break the turntables back out and get a mix going. Down the road, will make a demo but still need some pointers/help doing all the funky stuff (eq tweeks and what not)

uplifting trance/some hard trance, but it really all has somewhat of a deep house beat to it...it's incredible.

Smilez, in time....first need to meet and get a feel for everyone...also gonna run my vinyl through some apogee converters at my Stepfathers studio and make backup files. Also, I will eventually build a soundproof studio in my townhome(not a place I can be very loud so I cannot host parties there) but trying to figure out how to soundproof the ceiling is stalling me....cause with all the walls soundproofed, the sound will go through the ceiling....any ideas anyone?

Was thinking about a drop ceiling, maybe duct tape on the 2x8 above the drop ceiling....but then the vibrations might travel up the drop ceiling wires...it's a tough one.....
