SHAZZAM Ravelinks Group!

Hello all Michigan Ravers!
I tried(and somewhat pulled off) the Afterlife ravelinks group, although technically only 3 of us were from ravelinks

Anyways, I am definitely considering going to Shazzam and as time goes by and replies to this thread pile up I will make my decision.

My proposition would be heading up the group to meet either before or at Shazzam. For all new to raving, I can help you out with everything from 5htp to lightshows, and for you ravers I definitely would love to discuss and experience things together!

Please reply if you're interested in forming a ravelinks Shazzam group.

(Also, I live in Ann Arbor, Michigan 30 or so minutes away from Shazzam. A friend of mine MIGHT be going and if so we MIGHT be able to hang out at their apartment after to relax, enjoy, and share the fun we had.)

I do appologize. Let me explain.

Here's what's happened. I had been creating threads, cause as you know... this board encompases many many states / regions. Well, usualy... I promote events (Please hang with me on this) so it has a particular location... i.e. a venue in a city... and I would post the "Event" in a revelent board... based on proximity of the event to the primary relative region. This is pretty typical for many promoters.

Well, this tour is a little different, (Hang in there... I'll bring it together) cause I'm promoting something that isn't in one particular region, I still want to communicate to people... but it itself isn't an event... until it's booked.

Well, I figured I'd start a fresh thread in each state or region in the Events portion... I was overwhelmed.. most boards I frequent dont have so many sections, and usualy when I post on this board... it's relative to the midwest... and it's an event... and there's not much room for error.

Ok, so I begin posting... and after posting a fresh thread in each region / state events area.... I eventualy noticed the promoters forums. So then I posted it in those.

Yes, I was copy pasting.... and with many forums on the web to post this on in the US and Holland..... I was doin it as fast as I could. Well... After I was about 75% through the ravelinks universe, I tested a link.. and it didn't go to the page. I had typed my code wrong... and pasted it numerous times. I had been doing this for hours already on other boards, and the past two weeks I'd gotten little sleep... as I've been designing all the media for the tour, booking the tour, getting it just right from beginning to end. Any way... I had to go back and edit all of them... which I did. So that just wore me into the ground.

Now.... after the edits I went back to posting. "Sound o Life Tour USA / Holand" was all the way down the board on the right hand colum of "By region" section, so I had just been clicking that section to do the edits. Somehow.... in the pattern of it all... I did this. A true mistake... an error... a human error.

I come in love and peace to celebrate Life through Music, not to disrupt life and music. I just got this email notification that said there was a response... if I wouldn't have check marked that box... I wouldn't have known this had happened.

You weren't the only one this happened to. I did this on annother board, and like this one... I couldn't find "Delete Post" option which I'm used to.

Any way, it was a long night... and I'm back at it... cause I love this music. It has saved my life... and saves lives arround the plannet every moment. Thats what this Tour concept is about.... Celebrating Life Through a Music that Gives Life... and for the time being .. this is my part ... my love ... to give to it.

I'm working on removing this right now.

Here's to Life ... and the Music that inspires it.

P.S. Ok, Poof.. Again. Sory. Actualy, I think the only other time I posted an event on Ravelinks was a free event we did caled "Pilgrims & Indians 2" this last Nov. Any of you go to that? I'm looking for peeps with pics.

This event sounds really fuckin awesome, but i am completely new to the rave scene. i've been to the DEMF for the past 4 years but that is it. I am insanely addicted to electronic music, and really want to check this place out. I am interested in meeting up and maybe learning some new things...i have no clue how to glow stick or anything. Please let me know whats going on before cuz i wanna be there. Is there any place to crash?
