i just recently moved close to miami whitewater and its boring as hell. if anyone around here has any idea what people around here do for fun besides going to rudders let me know please

I live really close to Miami Whitewater. I would say if you want something fun to do in the Harrison area, it's either going to have to be a house party, or nothing. This area sucks. And Rudders is no fun anymore. I would say going to Covington KY is the best bet. And it is only about 25 min away. They have Main Strauss, and the Mad Hatter. Or newport, KY. There's nothing fun in Ohio anymore

really don't know anyone around here to do the house party thing. i checked out some clubs in dayton but its to far to do every weekend.

Are you just looking for stuff to do at night? Or just anything to waste some time on all day? The drive to Dayton can be a pain in the ass after about the 5th weekend in a row.

just stuff to do. mainly at night. it is a pain to get to dayton, but im not the one who drives and my friend likes goin over there. i think on friday we are checkin out the foundry. i think its the fact i cant do anything where i am and that my friends are all in cincy that gets me irritated.

Do you ever get on G.S.P? The forum there will be helpful. Most of the people on there are from Cincy and are more than happy to invite other ravers along with them to chill. I know there are a few other ravers in Harrison, not many, but enough to meet up with and have some fun.

That or stop by the Southgate House, they always have good live shows there

i might have to check that southgate thing out sometime. it would be nice to make friends out here though. all my friends bitch about drivin out here. its not even that far from cincy

If you jump on 275 and shit it is only about 30 minutes. They always have some kick ass bands there. And if your low on funds you can sit in the lounge and watch the lounge band play for free. I watched a polka-accordian-cajun group play once and it was actually not that bad. The drive home sucks though if you are planning on drinking or anything, the Twilight Singers are playing there on May 20th and it will be a great show.
