haha, i've lost at least 50 bucks on every party i've thrown. But not one person has ever had a bad word to say about them. All about the money my ass. I do proper research on the venues and the djs. The venue will be secure, Yes there will be security, and my security will not play around like some of these other cats who have the "sercurity" re distributing the goods. If you get busted I'll personally hand you over to the cops. If you don't want to come because you think we're shady, that don't hurt me one bit, You can hear from the other couple hundred how fucking cool it was. peace.

i dont think ive personally been to one of your partys. but im talking in general.
And loosing 50 bucks isnt shit. u cant even sit the and tell me that your throwin a party to loose money. maybe just maybe your doing it because you and your friends want a place to spin, or to meet people. towards detroit, yeah its dirty as fuck. but chicago is different. cops dont care as much that your throwin partys, its more about the drugs that are being delt. they have more shit to worry about than bustin a few kids and breakin up the party. cincinnati on the other hand....... well u know already. i was at the party and having a good time also. and towards the undercover sting, read the dayton news. there were cops there from the beginning. who throws a party and has cops there to begin with. your lookin to get poped. its kinda funny how not one of big e's dealers got busted especially when they came up to me and say "you guys need any beans!" loud as fuck right next to the cop. everything about that place was shady. the only thing good about it was the vibe from ppl. the vibe was great and dont get me wrong i would love to see cinci get huge in the scene. im all for it. but u cant even go down town to listen to a dj. or better yet try to go and find a dj spinnin. isnt gunna happen unless its "underground". fuck i mean we still play booty call here. |

Also, me and brad didn't organize this event to make any money at all. He got ahold of me one day and asked if I wanted to throw a small party in Cincinnati in febuary, to give the kids down there something to do that night. Thats how it started, and eventually the line-up started getting bigger and bigger. I dont plan to make any money off of this event, and never have, yet I spent 24 hours straight, no sleep, booking all of the dj's, making that god damned flyer, and helping secure everything else that needed to be done. It's called having a love for the scene man. I dont want to see it die out like it has in many other places, such as dayton, so I'm doing what I can to help keep it going. The same goes for Brad. That dude's more dedicated to keeping this scene alive than any other person I've ever met. Finally, please don't associate me or brad with BIG E. He's a fuckin drug dealing asshole who should be in jail right now.... fuck him and E Entertainment. Quote:
Also, feel free to come up and say hi! It's always good to see new people getting into the scene, and I'm personally honored that this will be your first event! I promise not to disappoint. |

The fucking venue was the Eaton Community Center. It's public property, which means the cops can TELL YOU they're going to be there. If you rent a venue from a PRIVATE property owner then the cops can only come in if you or the property owner invites them, or if they have probable cause to believe a crime is being committed. "A bunch of kids are throwing a party and listening to loud music" isn't probable cause. You had to know there'd be trouble between the venue they used, the fact that it was a small town (again, not in Cinci), and the fact that it was New Year's Eve.
Just don't ever use public property as a venue. To anyone who's worried, don't be. This party is going to be great, and there's not going to be any trouble. AAtM2 was a bad apple, but it doesn't poison the whole batch. |

It was attempted for sometime to work with the police forces in ohio. I can remember many of the Columbus massives having armed security at the venues. This was very successful for awhile. It eventually just became a waste of money. It is a thought to try to side the police with your cause, (money is the best way to do this) Good idea, doesn't ever seem to work.
That being said, and as shady as it makes me sound. I catch you doing something that may cause my event to get shut down. You can kiss your night goodbye. No I don't throw parties to loose money, I don't ever expect to make money though. I expect everyone as well as myself is going to have a kickass time, dance to good music, meet new people, Find the joy that is an all night electronic music festivel. And god damn its a good time!! ps. Bigal. Hit me up, If you can show me military id, I got you for the night. another ps. Bless the underground |

I can personally garuntee that you don't need to worry about anything at all. If any problems arise, Brad and I, along with the security will be there to handle it in a professional and calm manner. Just go to the event prepared to have a good time.
Also, feel free to come up and say hi! It's always good to see new people getting into the scene, and I'm personally honored that this will be your first event! I promise not to disappoint.[/quote] thanks so much for letting me know!! i feel alot better!! me and my friend are hoping to meet new friends up there so we'll come say hi! thanks~ |
