Columbus raves??

hey, is there ANYTHING going on in columbus within the next month or two? ive been dying to go to a rave, but there just isnt hardly anything in ohio

i'll listen to really anything, and will go anywhere in central ohio region really...i just want to see a great show and dance until my arms separate from my glowsticks!!!


but yea, hows the rave scene in ohio anyway? why is everything 18+ also?

BoMA*Bar of Modern Art* (Downtown) have a few good things every month or so
They had DeadMau5 a few months ago.

There are a few others but i cant remember the names




And Everything is 18+ is cuz Ohio is a bunch of Assholes that dont think kids should be able to have fun

Definitely no raves in the near future in Columbus... a lot of great club events though, especially if you're into electro/house/trance.

Everything is 18+ because its pretty much the only way to even get something going in this city. Some reasons being sound laws, drugs, idiots, etc.

Thankfully, we're in the center, so traveling isn't too difficult to get to surrounding areas.

No raves that I know of...however, if you like HHC the lollipop kids are coming to the cocktails lounge in columbus, oh. It's a small bar but the Lollipop kids are Fucking off the hook. It's at a bar but I don't think you have to be 21, just 21 to drink.

yea i think i might be going to one of those mind boggle things, but all my money right now is being saved for the combichrist concert feb 6th in cleveland

combichrist is decent. i like dawn of ashes better tho! never been out to any of there shows... how are they? would i need to bring a sacrificial animal to rip off its head and dance in the blood or anything like that??

all the bands are super goths though so if your into that stuff like me then its cool, but EVERYONE there is the most goffed up mofo you can find. finally i found a place where no one gave a shit about my two mohawks.

but yea, it was just spectacular, the drummer was nuts and andy gave a great show. you really dont understand combichrist until you see them live and have music strangle you for the first time.
