You All Ruined Raves

I think your both right to some degree. But more with the 3rd. Its true 9-11 is blamed for everything, less pot in town, raves, cops, everything economy, morgage rates.... It is not an excuse that raves suck now and they sucked before 9-11 anyway. In 2000 it was about done for NYC at least. Yes, I know there were still some great raves in 2000 but they were going down hill. Its not 9-11 its the shitty promoters that are around now. They have not a clue what to do or even what a rave is. Why I cant answer that I think they should travel and get some ideas. But yes 9-11 also took a lot out of people espically in our area. most of us do think diffrently since that day and its not positive. People are more scared to go out, racism everytime I see a towel on someones head I cant help but think some fucked up shit. Not that I am saying they are all terroists but it reminds me of that fucked up day. Its just how it is for most people. But rave wise thats not it. But nice try. And you are not bitter its realisitc.

I actually agree with everyone’s opinion on this one! XRAVER you are right about it not being the same. Completely right but things do change! Yes & prices go up too. Back in the days it was about dressing in big huge pants (UFO) to dance & gastly or funny word maybe even light up shirts to trip people out but now it’s dressing like rainbow bright. I honestly dress what ever I am comfortable & what I’m not going to sweat too much in. I do have to say that some of the people’s outfits are actually cool too look at. There doing it to just draw attention & if that’s what they want let them be. As for the drugs they are outrageous but all depends who & were you getting them from. I use to rave in NY about 7 years ago & the E pills were $3 to $5 a piece again all depends who you know! But now there like $15 to $20 but if you buy big you can get them for $10. It’s ridiculous but more & more people are getting caught too so the prices go up cause of the risk they are taking. There are some good raves that are like back in the days with few changes & then you got your raves that is like going to a club, & I HATE CLUBS. So what to do you can stay or leave & wait for the next rave. No one forces you to stay were you don’t want to be.

Anyways….. If your still in NY & want to go to a rave I got one coming up in Worcester, MA. It’s called LEVITATION starts at 11pm – 6am.

After you come to NYC talk to me until then no shit LA has parties. A party in NYC is in a bar with 200 people tops. No big name DJS and if there is its like one the whole night compared to huge lineups all nights. Trust me little one you know dick. This place is dead and the promoters killed it not the times changing. What the fuck then shit should be better since the times have changed. People that lived here saw how raves should be done and they cant reproduce them. Thats not time thats dumb. For the post above stay in LA you dont know anything about this place.
