i hate this thread. i hate how a thread based on an absolutely negative idea has a shit ton of views and replys.
grow the fuck up! no one can ruin a rave or the scene. if you think you can blame it on a single person or group of persons youre an asshole. assholes dont belong on the dance floor. so im glad we ruined raves for you, you asshole.

I am sorry this is negative but do you things raves now a days are positive. They're depressing to all of us who remember the days. If I went to a rave now with my old crew we would probably cry. Thats pretty negative. Having a "rave" in a bar is pretty negative. And all you candy homos trying to be alike also do ruin raves. At least for the "normal/real" ravers out here. Candy is fine but now its fucking too much everyone does it. Promoters also ruined shit too. But its all negative so up yours candy dork. Go play rave in your dance club. I'll let you know when there is actually a rave to get all homoed (candy) up for. Until then have fun in your bar/dj dance party night clubs. Thats positive.

hey, havent been on in a little bit. Just checked the Northeast event list. WOW still nothing and its the summer. So whats the excuse now it is to nice outside for any promoters to throw a rave?

How about you save up some money and go out to Amsterdam. They're having their big Sensation Black & White parties next month. If you can't make it this year, try next year. Tickets sell out fast so it's best to get them way ahead of time, but you can find places to buy a few sold out, though it's not always promising. I have never personally gone, but I know a few who have and they still don't stop talking about how pethetic it makes US raves look.

Rave parties changes really fast and it's natural.
I had some experience with rave parties in UK and Brazil and I can tell that they changed so fast that in few months the way people dressed, danced and the music changed, replaced the thing that was really hype before really fast...

X-Raver, your case, it's similar to many others in the world. In Brazil where rave party scene is so strong, that you can go to a huge party almost every weekend, there's VERY similar complaints that "Today's ravers aren't like the ones before", "You guys are ruining the rave scene, you guys don't know what's the real spirit of the rave party and etc etc". So actually, those changes almost everytime displease a lot of people everywhere in the world, Amsterdam, London, São Paulo, New York...

It's something almost inevitable.

But you said you knew everyone that went to those parties, those people aren't going to raves anymore? If they do, you could try to change it back to the way it were.

Im not kidding. There is no argument here. If you know what real raves are. Big bashes you will not find them in NYC at all. It has been years since theres been a huge base pumping bash here. I hope your friends dont care too much about raves.

It is at the hook unfortunately. But fortunately the guy throwing it is reputable and been doing it for a while so it will be done proper. I am not sure of the date but I am sure it will be put in the calendar. IF not go to newraveorder.Should be a banger and even x will not have a problem with the line up. I know I know X it is at the shitty ass hook and you wont go as a result eventhough djs are spinnin that you always talk about. Big Bass pumping all night, but not good enough for you.
