real fans of the music dont care if theyre at a rave or a club, clubbers who dont go to raves because theyre raves suck, and ravers who dont go to clubs because theyre clubs suck as well, its this kind of alienating mentality that hurts our scene, who really cares where the music is being played as long as its good ,no? Ive heard and seen many an awsome Dj's at both Club and Raves events. Dont be afraid to step outside your personal boundries people.

im done with the NYC for the most part, only people that show up to parties are the "regulars" and thats lame...its like the promoters only throw parties to keep their friends entertained, and because of this the scene has become WAY too cliquey....

On the other hand when i go to the clubs, i get to meet all sorts of interesting foreigners, they can actually hold an intelligent conversation and the Djs play for more that just one hour....

Why pay 25+ dollars to see a lineup of locals and hang out with a buncha drugged up regular? Pacha gives away free passes all the time to their techno parties and the music is usually better than at the raves anyhow.

I will give props to these promoters and clubs tho....

Nothing cool about one crew calling fuzz on another crew throwing an outlaw. That is lame and they get no credit and can go FUCK THEMSELVES

I agree with all you guys..Ive been in Europe for a couple of years and ive been to the parties over hear and yeah the parties are way bigger, but they dont party harder and they cant dance for shit. Im from NY and ive been to parties in Dallas and Atlanta. Their is to many drunk college kids going to parties now. Drinking and parties usually dont work that well. Not the right vibe. Plus the shit gotten to main stream so its not quiet as fun as it used to be. I dont know.. just putting my 2 cents in.

Very true ken. I never mentioned how shitty Europeans danced. They threw 10x's better raves then NYC but they dance like they got a stick in their ass. And they all wear tight pants to top it off. Its weird but I'll take a real rave in NYC and kids dressing in tight pants anyday to get rid of these gay ass raves here now.
