Question for your regional scene

How close of a community are the ravers in your region?

Do you guys always run into some of the same people? are there huge meet-ups?

Or do you even hang out with ravers you meet at events later on throughout the week?

Just curious if for you guys it is just a weekend party or a larger community brought together BY the weekend parties...and friendships furthered afterwards.

Thats how it was when I used to go out and there was huge raves. Now its like kids from high school. Yeah they know each other but its not the same group anymore I am told. There really is not a community anymore here.

hmm thats kinda sucky.

you think it will get revamped and better any time soon? or the laws are just too harsh right now and raving seen as a fad?

Klover......the EDM scene has almost exclusively moved to clubs and the raves that are left are from what xraver says: Gay ass happy hardcore shit raves

i was just curious region to region.

i'm getting different answers from over the US.

it all starts with a little renegade....then some undergrounds, then more renegade crews...then more undergrounds...then finding a permitted venue....ETC.
