I'm up in Albany, so when I see a good lineup in NYC, I'm usually on my way there.

It isn't about the venue to me. It's not about the drugs. It's not about the label, whether it be Rave, Party, House Party, Club Night... It's about the people. It's about the music. I went out last Friday and hit up the local club, and there were DJs spinning Trance, House, and DNB until 4am. It wasn't packed, in fact, there were probably 50 people there. But everyone was having fun, dancing, drinking, and chatting it up. I met some cool people, and had a damn good time.

There's no question the scene is different. Dead even.. But the farther underground it goes, and the longer it remains there, the better. That'll keep the losers who only go to get fucked up out of the picture. I could really care less how many people are out, or how big the venue is, or how many DJs are spinning, or how late the party lasts. As long as those DJs are good, and the people are having a good time, then I'm happy.

yeah you can have a great time with 50 people but it is not a rave or a party. Its a group. 50 kids is nothing and cannot be even called or considered a "rave or party" sorry to break it to you.

I'm not sorry. I've thrown many houseparties and had only 25 people show up. I threw a party in a town hall and there were 200 people there. A party is a party man. I never said it was a rave, or a massive, nor was I even debating it.

I am not misrable. Shits good only bitch this bad about this topic. It is annoying how people can be so dumb. A party can be 25 or 200 people whatever but we are taking about raves in NYC. Not 200 friends a place where a bunch of people goto chill and listen to music. This does not go on anymore at real venues thats the point.

Dumbasses you are the only people who do go anymore. Everyone else has stopped going its just a thread of people hanging on. If you stopped going there seriously would be nobody to attend the Friday night dance party USA. So keep on going so one day a promoter with some funds will throw a real rave and ill see you there.
