LA raver needs some NY help

okay so basically heres the thing.
i live in los angeles, and am into the rave scene out here...but im working at a camp in NY from june 25th - august 20th, and a buddy and me want to see if we can hit a rave in NYC sometime while we're there. granted it would have to coincide with our days off...BUT...if anyone can give me suggestions for a good rave in NYC going on in that time...hit me up on AIM or myspace or whatever.

just to let you know NY parties suck compared to LA ones.. I used to live in LA and hit up masterdome , cadillac club, and all the old spots as well as the bigger massives such as togetherasone nocturnal wonderland and monster massive

Just to let you know candy is right. Parties here suck cock. They are like cupcake birthday parties same size. I rember when I was liek in 3rd grade there would be like the same amount of people at the cupcake party as these gay ass basement raves. I hope one rave will be real this summer. I feel no pity for LA boy though. I live here you can just go back to a real party place. I am stuck in homo little kid ville. You will soon see just rember though that NYC was better then LA at one point. Not no more though. NYC was the best in the world fuck the Love Parade once per year. NYC was once per fucking week huge bashes.
But now LA wins and NY sucks good job little boys who cant keep up the scene.

You are kinda right except the word decent should be in caps DECENT hardcore scene. Because again to me its nothing the way it used to be but yes we still have Lenny Dee so there is still some hardcore but these stupid kids dont like it or know what to do when it comes on. HAHA old school Frankie was a good point too. There probly is like fucking 5 people including us 2 that even know old school bones. Some fucking kid was arguing with me the other day that frankie only spins techno. Of course he was on this newbie raver website but that just shows how nobody has a fucking clue about the real NYC. People think they goto raves now in basement clubs so why should promotes invest in a real party when these newbie retards think its a rave with 250 people at some wack ass basement club. So why would they? I wouldnt eaither until the 250 is like 50 which is not to far away maybe some promoter will realise that this once great city is totally totally dead and will spark it back up with a real rave at a real place.
