Not nearly as big as Cali, but we get tight talent of all genres. Jungle scene is still popping.

There is no scene. Just dance party USA type raves now at basment clubs. If you want raves dont even think about comming here or you will be very very mad.

keep in mind that X jerk stopped going out consistently 6 or 7 years ago and is just a troll who likes to cause drama because he apparently has no life and never leaves his house.

Nothing wrong with living with your parents but being a jaded dick who doesnt go out but still complains about "the scene" and bitches and moans and cries about it has problems. He has no clue. Just thinks he does because he had a long conversation with Lenny Dee. He's special. He talks shit but has nothing to back up his claims. He single handedly killed the rave scene eventhough it aint dead.

hahahahaha. Massives. How about a rave not in a bar or a basment. I guess everyone will talk shit about this comment but they cant argue becuase thats all there is anymore. Trust me I have lived here 27 years and it is fucking dead and gone. Anyone else on here that has been out and knows what a "massive" or a big ass rave will all agree with me. Yes, they call these things raves but I know what you mean and ask anyone who knows there aint shit like that here at all anymore. Good luck.

seriously dude, I like to lurk the boards and all, but all you seem to like to do is fucking whine and bitch about the NY scene. what's wrong with clubs? basements? personally, the louder the beat, the harder I dance. don't fucking whine about this shit dukes. move your ass out to socal if you want some good massives. otherwise, shut up and go elsewhere.

fuck, since youre out of the scene, is your meaning to life sitting at your PC all day and trolling the boards? get a goddamn life or suck it up, or better yet, go drink yourself to oblivion.

I swear, if any ravelinker ever met your punkass IRL, you would be put in your place.

he's just one of those who were in it for everything but the right reasons. If you love the music, dancing and having a good time it's still out there for you. Clubs can be better, better sound, cleaner space(no black buggers), real security and girls over the age of 16

yea so where can i find this good music? cali rave scene is still popping imo getting even bigger. i dont mind taking a trip to a neighboring state to find a good rave going on. hell i'd even go to DC if the right DJs are playing down there. where did all the people who set up the good raves go? I'm sure theres people dying out here to go to some good raves....someone needs to cash in on this ASAP. i nominate x-raver since he seems to have so much free time trolling :], and if he really was a hardcore raver (back in the day) he'll prob know what needs to be done to revive it.

remix Re: How's the ny rave scene?

I do know what needs to be done. But these fags on this site just argue with me instead of doing anything. And trust me if you have been to raves longer then 5 years you do know me you fucking idiot. I used to goto raves every week until about 2000-2001. So how could you not know me. And I went to the raves for the music retard. But shit in the basment is crap. I went to massives about every week. Thats where the music was. More than 2 rooms and I mean real rooms. Please dude dont expect shit when you come here. You will be very very let down. There is no promotion for raves anymore. Promoters now have no clue what to do. I guess you will have to wait and see. The people who argue with me are these newbies who dont know what a "massive" is. It was once a fucking week now nothing since 2001. You will hear real ravers comment on how it is every once and a while in the "ruined raves" link. These idiots on this thread are newbie ravers who have never even left NYC for a rave so trust me Cali dude come here for everything else but raves or you will be real mad and remember I told you.
