Hey KidZ:

My name is Butterfly. My boyfriend Psychosomatic and I will be moving to Astoria at the end of August.

I have been partying for 4 years in the LA and SD scene. I used to be hardcore kande, now I just love to make really intricate shit. Happycore ftw!

I am going to be getting my Master's at NYU, and he will be working as an EMT, so we aren't looking to party hardy, but meet cool peeps is always sweet.

Oh, and we LOVE to smoke.

First off I fucking hate queens. But that is personal. Astoria is a nice area to live. Check out newraveorder.com for the most current party listings. If you come across a guy X-raver dont listen to a word he says about the party scene. The scene out here is not as immense as Cali but the talent still comes through and if that is what you are interested you will find it here. Jungle parties are my favorite actually the only that I go to but if there is jungle at a rave you will find me there. NY is good times and you will find EVERYTHING you are looking for. Hit me up if you need anymore info.

At the end of August I believe the 24th Jumping Jack Frost is spinning at Shelter with gener8, odi, and some others. Definately going to be off the meter. Plus Nookie is coming and Kenny Ken for a three hour set. Gonna be hot.

The ss and dom and roland party is at rebel tonight. The old downtime. Legacy is the only jungle party going down at Shelter.

Listen to me. I have lived here forever and these people know dick. There are no raves here only like club nights with djs every once and a while. You will make good friends out here but if you are looking for raves like in LA by you forget it. There are fucking none that have more then 500 people ever. Good luck.

thanx for your input, but I'm really not looking for anything like LA, so i think it will work out for me
