Remember real guido clubs, Twilo, Sound Factory, Limelight(in the later years), and to a much lesser extent Vinyl. Even Cro bar/studio, and pacha. I am shaking my head. I couldn't understand most of what you wrote. I understood a few sentences. You say your sooo about the music, yet you still steryotype. It shouldn't be about the "crowd" or labeling people right? Did you say you like or dislike factory , twilo, tunnel, ect? How could you not like those clubs. Only if your an ugly and no one talks to you. I'm sure you "break necks" on the dance floor. Ultra, Global Gathering Miami (2 yrs ago), Bang Festival (3 times), and I won't even name the events in NY that I've been to bc theres too many and thats not really "traveling" huh? Outside the US I've been to Global Gathering UK, Dance valley, Q-Base, Sensation White, and Amsterdam DE, Voov and Nature One (my favorite!), in Germany, a few clubs in florence italy, 7 weeks in Ibiza, and one fullmoon party in thailand. Dont bother with Yalepecker. He thinks the Hook is a good rave spot. I have told him 50 times that raves still go on other places I have been but he refuses to understand that these things at the hook and anything else here is not a real rave. I hear you though thoses events you listed I was at a few (not the beach but I am sure it was cool) and they were blasts. I am glad to see another person on here who knows what raves are (eventhough this is ravelinks) I just think hes a promoter and cant throw a party for shit and nobody shows up as a result of his poor promoting and gets defensive. By the way I have been to each of those Cali parties multiple times and more and have been overseas for parties as well. You keep saying this that and the other thing about back in the day, I was at many of those parties, and I have said it time and again that parties arent as good as the used to be but the scene is far from dead fool. Hey i went to an awsome rave the Return of Neverland in Ny was great most of the candy ball candykids were there too so we all chilled for a bit then the place started to get good around 10pm everyone then had there fun and at midnight it just got even better. But as i read all your post it seems the x-raver was stuck home and had to bash every raver page cause he was too lazy to go out i for one did not and spent most of the little of my money to go out and rave. So if your gonna bash on places or people make sure u met them first or went to the place before u do those kinda things and ALSO if your a raver u shouldn't be bashing. ALL i can say is PLUR. AND

On top of which all the dj's showed up and all played and all got paid. Your logic is beyond flawed. Man I guess you were so hardcore back in the day that you never traveled. Even back then not every party always poped off. Many Many got shut down, closed early, djs didnt show up etc.. If you dont take the chance and go how would you know that the party was or was not good. There is always a risk in going out even back then. I mean were you never at a party that got raided or none of the djs billed showed up? Its happened even at massive NYE bashes.
