Is this like bang that is usually in Philly or have they moved it to NYC. If so wheres the jungle like they had Ed Rush and Optical and a bunch of others last year. This would be a let down

Apparently I need to restate the question. There is a massive in Philly called Bang. Is that what this is only being held in NY or did the promoters just bite the name. Dont matter anyway no jungle means I wont bother spending the money to go out. Just curious

its an old school event with 3 of the best oldschool techno/rave/electro djs, the world has to offer

agrees, nothin is compared to philly origional bang and whistle parties, which i might is still goin on strong, i think gogo n local 13 should have the party name trademarked and copyrighted so no will ever get confused between a clone and the real deal.

really i have nothing against does philly partys, i think they are great, good lineup and only heard good things about it and lets leave it at that

mayday and loveparade, no other reason

its more of an oldschool, rave/techno event and not to be compared with the lineup they have in philly

since we are in ny, this should not confuse anybody...but if it did, my appologies

1) This lineup!
2) The confusion and hatred from these philly folks...isn't that supposed to be the city of love?

If the name isn't trademarked, it's fair game, but that's not the point, nor was Doojee trying to take a name to promote a party...Bang is just another word, but is also part of a few WestBam trax.

Can't we all just get along? it's about the music and fun afterall!

No hatred here. and I am not from philly. Jersey in the house. I still dont like electro/techno. some rave is good when it is UK hardcore based.

doojee is mostly techno, electro and minimal..sometimes we have a room with hardcore but theres enough other partys that do hardcore, so you should have no problem hearing your favorite music and finding the right party for you
