Whats wrong with that is that the people who have been going for a very long time do not have fun anymore at least in this city anymore. Yes, you and your little young group of friends have a blast I am sure and am not arguing that. And thats good for you. But when you used to goto a fucking bash on a weekly basis in NYC usually in Manhattan at some great venue is gone. The lineups are gone along with the clubs. The people who are to young like 12 right now will have a blast when they are 16 but when I am 30 if it goes like this it will be more of a joke then now.

Other people are having fun.

Hey I have been going out for a long time and I still have a good time at parties and I dont do drugs so you have nothing to blame it on other than for the love of the music. I will agree that it is not as much fun as it once was but that can only be expected with the changes that have come along with time. I agree that parties are not what they used to be but since day one it was about the music and dancing both of which you can still find at a party.
