are there any raves that people under 18 can go to in the philly/nyc area? or any places that they only card you for the 21+ for the alcohol so ppl under 18 can still get in?

none. go back home and and do light shows in the mirror until you make yourself so dizzy that you fall down the steps and then you have to go to the hospital.
who wants to rave when you could spend a friday night in the hospital!? yaaaaa!

At the moment, due to the expose that was done on Tru Skool most of the rave promoters seem to be laying low in this city right now. You could check out the BuzzLife stuff going on in DC, though it might be 18+ to party.
