Party in the Pines???

hey, i have had a dream of starting a rave scene in south jersey for a while. there is no scene here at all and most people dont understand the different genres of electronic music. i would like to bring the culture of the city out here to the woods.

we have huge pit parties deep in the woods all the time with very very few problems concerning police.

we have loud music lots of people and have even had big fireworks with no problems.

a few generators (idk how many) could power a sound system and lights... probably cheaper than renting a warehouse in the city.

i think we could definatly pull off successful parties as long as we dont advertise too much and keep the location to word of mouth only.

people will need to carpool, bring a bunch of people in a van/truck/suv instead of having 100 cars trying to drive way back in the woods.

if we can find and set up many different locations, we could always be moving and that would make it hard for us to be stopped.

this is the future of rave culture, we need to expand.

i know at least one great spot right now and am currently on the look out for more. i can build a dancefloor and set up some kind of walls, maybe using big tarps or fencing or something.

hit me back, spread the word, this will take much planning, not to mention money and efforts. but the money will be made back at the events and the efforts will have paid off when you see the faces on the people dancing there hearts out.

Hey im from south Jersey too and I would love to help you plan and pull it all off. I know a lot of DJ's who wouldn't mind coming to spin in SJ and what not. So yeah, I'm up for it!!!

I've got a good hundred acres of land behind me where I used to throw parties.

Electricity was always the prob, not so much the police.

But def. an interesting idea.

hey dude! this is a great idea, i would love to help out with something like this. im not from jerzey but i love partying, and ive met you already so i know youre a cool guy. i do actually already have one generator that i know works. i have no idea how long it runs on a tank of gas..
as for dj's, my buddy josh is one and i know he would die to just get play time. he has all of his own equipment except good speakers.
but if you plan this for a saturday night i could make the trip down to jersey early on friday and i could help out with building or erecting any kind of structures that you think might need done.

im serious on this dude, lets make something happen this summer.

there are a bunch of philly people that i know would come out for this, depending how far youre thinking of having it away from the city. you have to imagine that it cant be hours from anything.

LOL, you mean with my club system! Yeah, we got 2 JBL SF25s, and a Crown CE2000 amp. Add another dedicated amp and pair of subs and you have party as long as you have power.
