...is it just me or is nothin going down in philly at the moment?

i see a bunch of flyers for the black hole in bmore....and yeah it looks like a sick venue and a great time, but is a little far to travel to.

i guess my questions is, are there any upcoming events in philadelphia?

I really don't think anything is going on. I know god's moved to a new venue which I'm not familiar with. I know what you mean about bmore.. definitely don't have a ride down there, especially since my ex is into the rave scene and is from bmore haha. If I hear of anything, I'll be sure to post!

emy - yeah bmore is far.... i gotta find out that new location for gods

and no i was not at rise on friday...caught another show (not rave) instead.

im tryna find some upcoming raves but really see nothing in philly....anyone know of anything?

truskool has that event at "the new place" this coming Friday. Very excited

do you know how many people usually go. like is it gonna be packed with alot of people, or is this a small venue with only like 100 people.

The venue is smaller and attract a more "mature" and music-oriented crowd (read: people know how to handle their booze and generally act like adults, pretty much no shady crackhead quotient). I think that Inciting can hold something like 150-200 people comfortably. It's a converted office space. There's blisteringly loud, yet perfectly balanced sound in the main room that doesn't hurt your ears after hours of exposure, unlike Transit & Shampoo.
