Yeah wait, i want to fix my statement. I was tired and didnt realize what i was saying. Its not the RAVE Act that was passed and is currently enforced. The rave act was shot down. However in 2003 the same people passed the Illicit Drug Anti Proliferation Act, which is just a slightly watered down version of the Rave act.
