no, industrial room last time was like the drum n bass room this time.. no industrial i do'nt think, im debating to either go to this party or "laugh out loud" in brooklyn on the april 1st.

GICKY: word the fuck up!! We need HH to rep in philly again... People love it... For example, when Sunrize came from Mass (i think) repping Pitched Up Recordings, to Gods, IT WAS FUCKING INSANE!!!! People went NUTZ, and he spun HH along with oldskool hardcore jungle/rave AND nu-style hardcore AND D&B....
Fucking come to think of it... YOU NEED TO BOOK HIM ALONG AT FUTURE EVENTS!!! It was ridiculous... Just like the WICKEDNESS of another local HH dj - Anubis - from some fairly new poconos crew... Also spins the same kind of multi-genre madness, and is a MUST see/book for EVERYONE and EVERY prod crew!!! Be sure also to have the MCs hyping the crowd - Rare BKI aka Bishop K is better than High IQ in my opinion, but both kill it!!  REEEESPECT!!On a related note, that "side room" at Godsbasement, aka the Industrial room, is SOOOOOOOOOOO fucking small it's pathetic. It's like the size of a small public bathroom - straight up... It's VERY unfortunate that UrbanDK put all this hot talent in this side room - maybe it would be OK for local unknown djs, but not for the hotness they have coming. They should have AT LEAST mixed up D&B and every other genre on the MAIN FLOOR... People in Philly, like everywhere, LOVE jungle!! anyway, those are my ideas from this post... i always have more tho. hope to see some hot shit happning in philly ASAP!!! PLUR, myllennium

main room dnb
there has been dnb on the main stage at every URBAN DK so far (all hip hop & dnb on the main stage at the first one...and that is unheard of..and no hard trance heads or any other "head" for that matter bitched...grrrr). whats the problem? i remember a time when no matter how hot the dnb talent was they almost never got a main floor slot. quit whinin and come support the best regular event this city has seen in quite some time.
