Where's all the f-ing ravers?!?!?!

I just moved to Boston from San Diego and have found no fucking ravers and managed to find the shittiest pills on the planet... . I need to go to a party fast, or I think I'll go crazy. People out here haven't even heard of the scene, and mostly despise techno. I reaching out to anyone in the Boston area.................. HELP! This town is killing me, smalls. Killing me. If anyone can help me I swear I'll fly 'em out to LA with me this summer and treat them to an old fashioned underground...or even a desert party.

HAHAHA bro, you did the opposite move. I moved from Boston to San Diego. i got to be in the rave scene when Boston, Maine, NH, CT, NY were at its finest though, during the late 90's early 2000.

Unfortunatly in good 'ol Mexico....I bought 2 viles before I came here. I did most on the plane and the rest this month. I figured I wouldn't find any decent X to compliment it. And I also found nobody hear that eats X so I figured I wouldn't have any shipped. I can still get both shipped here at anytime. Its the east coast bro. You are a decade too late. There are no raves anywhere to be found. Its dance clubs or low life night clubs which rotate gay night, hip hop and "rave night". You have 2 choices if you want to see a real party 1. go back to cali or 2. goto Europe. You want parties on the east coast forget about it.

bro, the rave scene in LA is great. Everyweek, but they barley ever have headliners. Like the one this week is Jon Bishop from Tidy Trax, Danny Da Wildchild and Oscar da Grouch. It's fun as hell though. They are way too into the drugs here. Also, i found that some of the best pills i got from the Boston.

And Springfield, just get on the Mass Pike I-90 toward Springfield......it's like Exit 7 if i can remember correctly, cause it was the same exit for Asylum.

The best pills I've had have come from Austin Texas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Iowa and Toronto. I've been in Boston since 1997 and after being dissapointed with the quality and availability of them I decided they just were not worth my time. I havent really rolled hard in about three years but that hasnt exactly been by choice. I've found as you go furthur west things get better and the price drops a little. That goes for the quality of "parties" also.

The raves in Cali have always been better and so has the vibe!! There are other places where you can rave besides Cali in this country though. Things have fallen a little off on the east coast but you can still go to parties in plenty of other areas although the northeast may not be one of them. Boston for one has not ever really had much of a scene, mostly only a few club nights. I do believe there are occasional parties in New York and Volume is still doing things in Rhode Island.

Theres still a couple of floating around this boring cold city. I'm actually from Orange County, California myself and after moving around the country and going to raves in 37 states I moved to Boston in the summer of 1997.

I'm moving back to Cali soon though because yes I too need to be around more ravers. And I really dont think people around here get it. I also DJ so I want to play at the raves in Cali.

There is a good weekly on Thursday nights in Cambridge called Circle located at The Western Front on Western Ave. Cover is free and the music is always good and they always have different DJs every week.

Do you spin records?? If so, maybe we can get together for a mix session.

I've heard some amazing lineups on the West Coast!! They have a lot of great DJs in California and its a shame more of those guys arent headling more "parties" elsewhere. I personally wish I could hear more of those guys on a regular basis.

Yeah the scene around here has died off BAD! There are however a few latenight clubs that still run and always have nice line-ups of dj's from around the globe.
If you have a car (or know someone) take a ride out to Therapy in RI, great club with a real good vibe and people!

Used to rave on the east coast, I'm in cali now but I'm bi-coastal and we'll be doing a party up there in May...I'll be posting info here so stay tuned.
