well iv got to tell you im slightly new to the scene iv only been to a few parties one in the late 90s but i was still young like 10 or 11 and was kinda freaked out i loved how every one was so nice and willing to share what they had even with a kid but after that i regret to inform you i wasent present for many of years untill last year when one of my buddies was going to a rave at the ice house in phoenix az and convinced me to go when i got there i had a hand full of ex and finally under stood what the hell was going on and iv got to tell you im so upset i dident under stand back then i could of been loveing life so many years ago but im in now and im here to stay so thank you for the vidio it reminded me of my first rave all thou the one i was at was in a barn in the woods and how i wish i could find another party with more of a hardcore base in the group but im happy with where im at. any way i come home to phoenix in late december and im going to one of the three in my home town so the people from phoenix az hit me up or ill see you at the party till then peace. never let the party stop

We didn't end up going though..in fact, I don't remember which party I went to that night. It was probably down here in San Diego, (back when we had an underground scene as well. But yes I remember the days when hardcore was a huge part of the scene where speaker walls were not "caged off", allowing crazy kids like me to climb up and be king of the stacks. The kids dancing on the dance floor and huddling around the bassbins would point up at and shout "Hardcore"!
