It's a sample producers have been using for years. So unless the song you heard has other vocals, it's going to be hard to pin point.

I know Gammer used it in Back To Front, and there are tons more.

That would most likely be the version you are looking for. This is also a commonly used sample, but ya, You want the Gammer track. It is off "Bonkers vol.13"
