compare EDC to this on a wide scale way...not just someone who only knows about the SoCal scene or the mainstream yet not often brought out DJs.

it kind of irks me that people think only SoCal has good shit or the international headliners THEY know are only the good ones.

just because i think that event is better than EDC does not mean "I think he honestly just doesn't know what he wants anymore to be honest hahahaah" it just means that i know an EDM festival is not just what SoCal puts on.


Alex, how many EDM festivals have you been to outside of Southern California?

and other than Ultra and POP, you'll notice most of them have completely different headliners and DJs, for the most part.

*sigh* i see both parts of the argument but i think i'm more inclined to favor Klover. while i love to see big names, if the overall production is great and the talent is worthwhile, then i'm there. it shouldn't be all about the names, we shouldn't favor something if we don't know what we're going against, and overall, props to Klover for taking the time to look for and bring to attention an event that a lot of us would have passed by. i read it all and i have to say i'm pretty interested in hearing some of these peoples' stuff.

however, in defense of everyone else, i can't see myself as willing to make a mission out of finding great parties in the middle of nowhere. i don't doubt that other places have fantastic parties that, if i happen to be around, i'll check out. but as for now, socal most definitely delivers.

but it is at least three times more expensive and less varieties of music.
You can not camp outside either, so you have to pay for hotel and a flight that costs even more.


whatever....next year i will hopefully be going to that and then Europe.

I personally will only be going if i happen to visit my extended family at the same time who live in Minnesota or stop there before going to Europe.

I just like to point it out sometimes that there is more than SoCal. and international headliners.
