Yeah I called my credit card company and groovetickets and got a refund.
It took me about 25 minutes but WELL WORTH IT. I encourage everyone to do it too, even if you are a bit late... I guarantee if you make a fuss you WILL get your money back. =) |

I called them again yesterday and they said they were issuing refunds to people who submitted a customer service help request via their website. you should see it post to your account within 3-5 business days.
haven't seen mine yet, however I got an email about it. |
