myself alone spent at least 100 dollars on this night (gas, pre-sale ticket, costume material), mulitplied by about 6 and that's the total amount of money down the drain that my friends and i wasted.


honestly, this is absolutely outrageous and i don't know how anyone could live with themselves knowing they ruined so many people's evening. but i guess when you're bathing in thousands of dollars you don't really care right?

Both numbers are full, but this was ridiculous especially for people who arrived when it was suppossed to start....we got there at 7 : 15 and did not move 5 feet in 3 1/2 hours, we finally took off at about 10:30....crazy.......plus we drived all the way from the desert, so gas money and eveyrthing......it was just lame. Im going to call groovetickets now to see about refunds. plus i emailed fresh productions on myspace.

Same deal here! Drove from Santa Barbara just for Winterfresh. spent a hundreds of dollars for this weekend in gas, tickets, hotel, etc etc. Just to stand in a freezing line for 4 hours... Ruined my friend's girl's first rave. My friend and her ended up rolling in my hotel room before they drove home at 6am. What a terrible first experience.

I feel you on that shit...

These promoters are so shady.

They oversell the event. (When you sell groovetickets, YOU KNOW HOW MANY YOU SELL. Period) On top of that you don't even have a separate line for presales because you want to take people's money at the door. So now presalers have to wait in line from 7:30 to TWELVE TWENTY because you want to squeeze as much money out of the rave scene as possible. It's not like you had to look down a long list, you just take cards and swipe them to check the presale (at least that's how it was set up, unless you just charged me fucking TWICE) and on top of the security was fast, so really you're just waiting for some people to come out so you can let a few more in because you over sold, which would EXPLAIN why when my friends and I tried to go up to see what was going on, you have some douchebag yelling "GET THE FUCK BACK" oh why? because you want me to get back in line with the rest of the cattle and take my money. Fuck you Fresh. I will never EVER attend another fresh event again. In fact, this really killed my rave expierience.
