What do you guys think of all the Sin City stickers?

Like how do you guys feel from getting stickered 1-5 times a night at basically every party you go to?

1. I hope that this party is hella legit
2. I wonder if the security is kewl or shady
3. I wonder how the production crew is
4. I hope that the party doesn't get shut down by the cop's or the fire marshall.

Ok, i'll shed some light on your questions....

YES...it will be 100% legit.
Security will not be shady.
I.T. productions (IN TRANCE)..is a crew which delivers every time. I've been to most of their events from current to a few years ago. I've known Mo for quite a while. He's very very decent individual in our scene.
It is permitted and insured.
Everything's a go!!! Let's RAVE sin city style!

They are a great idea but not a practical one when you stop to think that your handing them out at parties were they are going to end up on the floor, walls, people, and all the surrounding building and cars’ they do there job of getting the world out of the party but it sucks the way that its being done, its sad many party kids don’t respect the venues and the surroundings

IMO, I think they are a really good idea. Stickers used to be used a lot when promoting and I think they are really effective.

However, I think the way that the Sin City stickers are being handed out kinda ruins it. Instead of handing out stickers that people can put in their pockets and sticker something up later (I have put old promo stickers in scrap books, the back of my door, record cases, etc... ), they are going around just sticking them on people... even when they say no thanks! So now... you have hundreds of ravers running around, half of which don't even want the stciker on them, with these stickers and no where to put them. They can't save them for later because they've already been on clothes. So... they end up on walls, floors, EVERYWHERE! And... it's very disrespectful to the crew throwing the party you're promoting at to have your stickers left for them to clean up.

Basically... IMO, if you're gonna use stickers as promotions, I think the best way to do that is to hand them out with the backs so they can be saved for later. It'll be less of a disaster for the venues and more respectful of other crews and still an effective way to promote.

You know, one great idea I saw some promoters doing a few years ago was gather a bunch of flyer's for a few parties coming in the new future, along with some stickers and a free cd or two and put them in a bag.

Then hand the bags's out to the party people.

I think that's the best way to promote parties.

Because people would rather get a random bag with stuff they don't know what's in and they'll care more if they get a free cd inside to care about the contents of the flyer's.

On another note, like myself, I don't really care to pick up flyers at parties that much because I rather just head home and go to sleep.

But that's just me.

Hey I remember that! IT was actually a really good idea because it limited the amount of flyer trash for the crews to clean up afterwords...plus, as you said, it was fun for kidz to find out what's in the bag!

I've seen Sin City stickers everywhere like places I go everyday, which is whack. International Tweakers better be throwing a mega bomb party for being so careless and handing stickers to e-tards and/or morons who will use them to fuck up other peoples shit.
