You automatically point fingers at Lex. I am in no way trying to defend the guy, but you should not go around saying someone did something unless you know for a fact that they did it. Honestly if it was called in any number of people could have done it to tell you the truth. Secondly the check point was a known drug trafficing spot, so there you go mystery solved.

Remember if you make assumptions you end up doing nothing more than making an ass out of yourself.

well either way, no one really knows WTF happened, regardless of how many assumptions anyone makes, no one can truely say what happen. So technically speaking i wouldn't be an ass until i was proven wrong... Because from what i was told, there were names given of other people that were not involved with the party as well, so I don't know, I'm just piecing together what has been told to me.

I know the truth. I can guarantee you no one called this party in. The cops simply knew about this party and knew that it was unpermitted.

The cops do read this site, as well as 4r, make no mistake about it. The city does have a problem with unpermitted parties. You add all those factors together and you have a busted party.

This is why Llazertarium was not busted, because they had permits. Moontribe was last night as well and I am pretty sure the cops knew about that. Moontribe to was not busted because they have permits.

I don't think anyone dropped a dime on them...the fact was it took time for the cops to mobilize a sting operation to the degree that they did. It wasn't just someone calling the cops and telling them about a rave in a campground. They had the information and I am sure they got it easily from a rave message board. So just assuming that someone dropped a dime on them isn't accurate in my opinion.

My source is the Fox 11 news. The spot was already scoped in the middle of an operation with a task force. Both the spot and mappoint were already looked at. Nothing more, nothing less.

I agree with Dustin. Nobody called this in. There is no way they could have mobilized all the resources they had, including a mobile comand center up on that road. Those WERE NOT cops just patrolling the area, they were "extra" task force cops called in ahead of time.

on the drive down the hill with the CHP, they told me they were on a special task force and that they don't even hardly go up that road.
