For the interviews, your best bet is to take some non-drowsy OTC meds that will suppress your cough and nasal symptoms so that you can focus on the interview. Your eyes may be red as well, so get some clear eyes. These things should help you look and feel better for a couple hours.
As for getting rid of the cold faster... the TRUTH is nothing will help your cold go away quicker. Absolutely nothing. Medicine will only temporarily mask your symptoms and that's all it's good for. In the mean time, like Klover said, at least get your proper amount of sleep and eat nutritious foods so that you're not even MORE tired than you already would be because of the cold. Don't smoke weed... that's just.. stupid.. lol And eggy... good luck bro, kick some ass at those interviews. Show them they need you more than you need them.
