riot at edc??

I was at edc last night, but I had to leave early, like 2:30 (i was kinda pissed... but i had no choice cuz my ride had to go). today my friend told me someone he knows heard on the radio that there was a riot at edc and that 3000 people were evacuated, i had no idea! i thought maybe it was because i left early, but i didnt see anyone talking about it on the forums so i was wondering if anyone else heard about this or know whether its true or not?

I wouldn't be surprised though. UGH stupid ravers need to handle their shit and not make complete asses of themselves. I think sometimes they forget that it's just a party and they way too wrapped up at the end of the night.

if there was a riot, ididnt hear about it.
though when they were just letting people in around 5:30-6:15 people were cutting upfront, and alot of us got crammed and packed worse than sardines.
not to menchion when they let the next flood of people in there were so many that were pushing a friend of mine almost got trampled -_-

and one of the security guys was saying if they didnt calm the fuck down the fire marshall is gonna shut them down.

i got there around 8:00 pm i think. man.. the line was unbelievable seriously. My worst mistake was i popped a pill before i got in line so it would kick in before i entered. my roll was quickly killed with all the pushing, grabbing, and disrespectful people. it was madness

Line was an epic failure indeed. We got in as soon as the second gate opened though so it's all good

And no there was no riot, not that I saw anyway

fizzy remember most of those people were not ravers. they were just the normal people that attend massives because it is the cool thing to do. if everyone there were ravers then it wouldnt have been such a cluster fuck to get inot the event, and to get into the main stage area.

but around go home time did anybody else see the guy get jumped around the statue? it was terrible, some random got beat on by a handful of other ones, and broken glass, idk.

it was the worst organized entry ive ever seen in my life. they deserved to get shut down for how poorly they managed that line. the security was taking a million years only letting 1 person in every 20-30 seconds per line and it wound up getting retardedly congested because they kept ushering more people in, and people were getting seriously injured. a guy next to me cracked his head open on the rail from people pushing and had blood dripping out of his skull. i rushed him through to security and they took him to first aid. by the time i finally got to the checker all they did was wave a metal detector up and down me real fast then push me through to the ticket taker...so all that was pretty much for nothing.


last year i showed up around the same time and walked in within 5 minutes. this year they had morons running the entry point and fucked it all up royally. you couldve brought a fuckin shotgun into the party and noone wouldve stopped you
