my first thought was what a sensory overload a visual masterpiece that u could watch over and over
the only thing that was fake were the fireworks outside of the stadium due to the chinese gov. thinking it was to dangerous to have helicopters in the sky while they were going off. They still looked great even though they were digital.

visually, the fireworks were probably the only fake part. the little chinese girl who sang the chinese anthem or whatever lipsynched her performance to a recording of the girl who sounded better but wasn't as pretty as the actual performer.
