noc has always been all ages and the only reason it wasnt last year was because the venue made them go 18+ if they wanted to have the alcohol on site. they moved back to NOS to get the all ages again and quite honostly...being 18+ didnt change SHIT. all the underagers still got in...i think it just kept the REALLY underagers from showing up....which is cool i guess, but the crowd there was just as irresponsible. they had at least 14 people carried out on stretchers from overdoses and i think 1 death. plus people were puking all over the place cuz they couldnt handle taking molly in high doses
