Monster Dance Circle Thread

anyone going to monster who plans on killing some beats, please contact me.

monster is infamous for sucking because its too hot and too cramped. if we can get enough people, we can clear out a giant circle and just get some dancing/glowstringing/lightshowing going.

i'd absolutely love to try and organize this (especially since i flaked out and got sick the day of nocturnal) and any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

my plan so far:

get a bunch of people and their phone numbers and such-
when the venue map comes out, we'll set up a "hangout" spot.
this spot will last ALL night, and when everyone gets tired and theres a break in the dancing causing the circle to crash, we'll just chill for a bit and then ask people to move (beg) and start dancing again. [hopefully we'll have enough people for this]
maybe bribe/ask nicely a couple of popos to help clear out a circle
i'll gladly call everyone / text everyone to remind them. i know how hard it is to remember.

bboys, liquiders, shufflers and glowstringers, anyone with a pair of legs or a pair of lights looking to actually get some dancing/sweet lighting going, please please please, we need you.




and of course, if this fails, we can just declare the spot the official RL meetup. but then that'll probably fail too.

its ganna be hard. dance circles are going around alot latley too, but it usually get broken in lik 2 mins. lol , i hope u get this setup and works out 4 you cuz last year was a shoulder to shoulder fest with no arm room.

it gets broken up in 2 minutes because other dancers take out other dancers. and the ones that get taken out are PROBABLY to scared to go back in the circle because they dont want to get taken out again or their skills arent good enough.

dancing isn't about winning or losing or being better than someone. we wont have room for dancers like that in our circle anyways. who cares if you suck, as long as you have the balls to go in and dance or try new stuff regardless.

while i do agree with you, do note that breakerboy is obviously a bboy

and in my experience, experienced bboys/bgirls are prone to starting lots of battles and flaunting their bboy attitudes all over the place. of course, they're usually great people and go back to being nice after/before they dance, but when theres lots of beginners/newbies and they're drugged up beyond belief, i can see how it can quickly become daunting and/or offensive. we'll try to keep it to a minimum, unless some actual battles happen, in which case... it'll be awesome freaking fun :]

ok dude...wat u gotta do is dont stay in one place...have lots of candy on u with wat assortment of light that your good with and find the e-puddles. itll work since everyone is fucked up and there bound to be at least 1 e-puddle every 10 feet lol
