truthfully i think it was a little over promoted. if you're going to have a rave in the desert, that is that far away and out of the way, you need to make sure it's as underground as possible, so that you have mostly only the experienced mature ravers that know how to handle shit if it goes down.

there is a good reason to have an 18+ rule along with a signed waiver at outdoor parties, any promoter with experience would know this.
