The pass is good for one day, until 10:00 a.m. the following morning. There are camp sites with bathroom and fire-pit amenities. I'm going to look for a spot near a body of water, if there are any.

in summary, it's expensive to pitch a tent, park a car, and, there is a noise curfew at 10:00 p.m.

So, we need a low-key spot, out in the middle of knowwhere, old-school style.

oh mein, that spot i had in mind? got jacked thursday night by the neosapiens for "music for robots". it was only a matter of time before someone else came across it, oh well. they couldn't get the generator working by 4:00 AM, that's when i left.
MAD props to the audi, volvo, and 2 bmw's who crossed those parts of the creek that are unfriendly to compact vehicles.

Little Jimmy is off of angeles crest, not positive of the exact location, you can stay the night there, only catch... its about a mile and a half hike to the camp spot from where you park your car...

on the other hand this does mean it would be the perfect spot to "experience" nature as the camp ground is pretty secluded and you don't need to worry about any authority
