LA Peeps: See the disco biscuits tonight(non promoter thrd)

I wanted to give everyone a heads up about some sick innovative music that is happening tonight at the House of Blues in Hollywood. This band called the disco biscuits will be playing a full two set show. They play in the style of trance-fusion improvising trance, dnb, jungle, dub, etc.

I really hope you all can come out because this band creates what dj's spin , but with live instruments. Ravers make up a large portion of their home crowds in the North East. But to sum it up, the shows are basically a mind fuck because the music is meant to make you dance and basically get really confused. Here a few you tube clips of what they're like.

This thread isn't meant to be a promotions thread because I am a fan of music and am not representing the band in any shape or form(besides the good vibes). I'm doing now, what I've been doing here for awhile is trying to make this scene conscious about bands that play livetronica. So I don't mean to dissrespect the rules of Rave Links. One thing I'm sad to see on this board is a separate section for mentioning of shows, raves, and events. I could be very wrong but it seems that within this subculture and throwing these parties, it's a battle to get your money as a raver so in order to keep a message board flooded with advertisements of promoters trying to get your attendance for profit, a separate section has been created. I'm not sad at the action of another section created, I think it's justified. I'm sad at the fact that a party can't be mentioned without thinking someones trying to reep money from it for their own interests. So with that being said, if this gets moved to "promoters", that's fine, no dissrespect. However with this being said also, the Disco Biscuits play for guarentees at legit venues so whether 1000 or 0 people come, they don't get paid anymore or less. I'm just trying to pass this info for a blissful night tonight.

me and my freinds have this pool house were we hang out. in this so-called pool house we have a poster with lots of different drugs on it... one of course.. MDMA.. had the nickname Disco Biscuits. Although this term is rarely rarely used for MDMA... its probably one of the funniest ^.^ .... however i dont know shit about this band..
