I like that but what I like even MORE is before I actually buy the vinyl when I hear a track online for the first time that I am REALLY into. It always happens JUST when I get jaded and I think I'm gonna get bored with the music. Also they are never full tracks so there is still that mystery until I actually get the vinyl. Really just hearing a new song I'm into in general...I get CRAZY excited and listen to the song over and over again for weeks.

Also visiting the town I grew up in (Angels Camp) because it is a really, really small town in the foothills up north. It just melts away the stress of being in the city plus you can see EVERY star in the sky at night...there is nothing like it (plus the BEST sunsets).

Oh...and chillin next to the ocean looking over the horizon.

OH! And eating really good cheese and drinking a bomb ass glass of wine with my friends. I used to sell cheese and wine so I got it every day...now it is just a super special treat that takes me back to Monterey.

Everytime Syd, the tail-less kitten, jumps up on my lap when I'm on the computer.

A simple walk at night, with no direction at all ....

the mountains ... wandering, exploring, climbing.

random adventures with friends.
the ones that last the whole weekend are great.

random adventures in general.

cheese cake. creme brulee. good food.
even the smell ...

taking buses and talking to the random people you meet.

good smells ... in general.
